Working up a sweat at our monthly Team Meet and Training.

Every couple of months our entire WA team meet over two days for training.

The purpose of our Team Meets is to advance our skills, ensure consistency of quality to our clients and embed a healthy and fun work culture.  WFR recently met out at Wilkes Martial Arts and Fitness Academy .  David Wilkes conducted a thorough Kickboxing training session with our team. This was then followed by Pilates taught by our resident expert Zina Tchistiakova.

We had a great time and sure worked up a sweat!
