WFR allocate a dedicated Project Manager to each project who is responsible for the strategy, coordination and facilitation of the project. We work closely with you to build a Program Plan, define Project Objectives and Success Measures, and report on the outcomes. Our Project Managers work closely with our onsite team members in the planning and delivery of the program.
